When we achieve it. We feel happy. So our fundamental target is to achieve happiness. But sometimes we forget this. Or sometimes some of our habits take away our happiness.  

 

That is, it is necessary to adopt good habits to be happy. Good habits can change your whole life. Therefore it is also necessary to adopt these small habits. I know when we listen to change our habits.

When you are happy you start smiling. But it is difficult for you when you are sad. But you have to do it in all circumstances. Because smiling releases dopamine in the brain. Which is very good for our mental health and physical health.

 

I only tell you to bring a little smile to your face. It not only keeps you happy. It keeps you and your belonging’s level of confidence high. It also demoralized the confidence of your opponent. But here is a disclaimer. Do not use this trick at any funeral or at a time of sorrow.

 

Research has also found that there is a deep connection between smiling and happiness. It should also be known that smiling makes the face blossom. And you look beautiful and everyone likes a beautiful face.

 

2. Exercise

 

Exercise is not just for your body. Exercising daily helps to relieve stress, anxiety and depression. Include at least half an hour for physical exercise. 

 

It removes your stress with sweat from the body. It enhances the level of dopamine in your brain. Physical exercise releases chemicals called endorphins. Which reduces the perception of pain.

 

You Can do these exercises. The habit of taking a brisk walk in the morning and after dinner. Start with Yoga or Tai Chi. Start your day with 10 minutes of stretching exercise and do some cardio. Indulge yourself in some fun activities like golf, bowling or dancing

 

3. Get plenty of sleep

 

Most adults require at least 6 to 7 hours of deep sleep every night. If you have a habit of late-night sleep. Then you may have some stress, so try to get a good sleep at night. If your job and college schedule start early in the morning. Then the problem will increase for you.

 

Because you do not fulfil your sleep. And because of that, you feel fatigued and sluggish throughout the day. Your performance will be struggling. So try to sleep as early as possible. It helps you to complete your sleep, wake up early in the morning, and regenerate the power of your brain for the next day.

 

Keep track of how many hours you sleep every night.  And also notice how much rest you are getting after sleep. You can also use an app to track your sleep.

 

If your work is like for which you have to stay up late in the night. This means that you will get the time in the day to sleep. So you complete your sleep and then wake up. And when you wake up, do some physical exercise. It will open your body. Increase blood circulation. And will strengthen your body. 

 

Some people have problems falling asleep late. And for sleep, they started watching movies and playing video games. So, instead of falling asleep, sleep disappears from their eyes.  So these are some remedial steps. Which helps you in deep sleep.

 

Make a habit of taking a bath before sleeping, and or reading books.

 

Keep your bedroom dark, cool and quiet.

 

Invest in some good bedding.

 

If you have to take a nap, do not take more than 20 minutes.

 

If you are having trouble sleeping continuously, then talk to your doctor.

 

4. Take care of the mood while eating food

 

You must already know that your eating habits have an impact on your entire body. For example, carbohydrates release serotonin, a “feel good” hormone.  At the same time, bad eating order makes you uneasy, increase the level of sugar, and invites many diseases.

 

If you eat more at night. Your sleep will be affected. You do fall asleep late. When you wake up in the morning. Your whole body will be in pain. At night you wake up many times. So at night, eat like a beggar.

 

Eat more vegetables, beans, and whole grains. High protein is found in chicken, legumes and dairy. Protein-rich foods release dopamine and norepinephrine. Which increases energy and concentration. So take control and healthy diet. 

 

5. Always Be Thankful

 

Learn to say thank to your god, the people who help you, and yourself every day for being happy. For this, you should not spend much time on it. You can do this while brushing and seeing yourself in the mirror or as soon as you wake up in the morning.

 

Sometimes you think to yourself. That which thing we have and the thing that we pride on so much. Do we deserve it? I know that 80% out of 100 people will say that I deserve it. But you will repeat this question in your free time or when you are alone? You will get the answer to the question.  

 

We are so helpless in front of life’s hardships. That we could never face troubles alone. God’s grace is always with us. Which gives us the power to face, absorb, fight, and build our destiny with our hands. 

So always be grateful to your God. And with the people. Who stands firmly with you in your hardship.

 

You can also be happy doing small things, like offering coffee to your co-worker in the office or any kind of help you can bring a smile to your face. 

 

6. Compliment

 

Try to insulate the habit to compliment the other person as well as yourself. Research shows that the more kind you are, the happier you will be. To increase your is, you can also sincerely praise the person in front.  

 

If you look in the eyes of the other person and praise his work or his look, then you will also get happy with the person in front. Also, compliment yourself for every task which you accomplish. 

 

Because sometimes we go through very hard phases of life. When everything slips from our hands. At that time we start blaming ourselves. At that time the small habit of complimenting. Will help us to maintain our confidence and protect us from the side-effect of blaming ourselves.

 

7. Take a Deep Breath

 

If you are under stress and feel like you might be missing something, take a deep breath. Taking deep breaths will give you a feeling of relaxation.

 

Follow these tips when feeling stressed

 

Close your eyes. Recall happy moments or imagine a good one.

Take slow, deep breaths.

Exhale slowly through your mouth or nose. Inhale positive vibes of the world and exhale negativity from you.

 

Keep doing this until your anger subsides. If you are having trouble breathing slowly, count to 5 with each breath.

 

8. Self-love

 

Always love yourself. Self-love does not mean selfishness. Self-love is true love, selfishness is blind love.

Love does not mean that you ignore your mistakes. And only thought that I am right. The two aspects of true love are already discussed in this article.

 

One is thankful to yourself and the second is to give compliments to yourself. The third aspect is, to accept your faults. Most people do not accept their faults. And because of that, they take the Support of lies. And because of that to hide one lie, they tell 100 lies.

 

So self-love gives us the courage to accept our faults. And better evaluate our weaknesses and strengths. To make the right decision for us.

 

9. Compassionate

 

If you have compassion, you win the heart of anyone. Compassionate is not only love. It is to understand the feeling, and suffering, and try to do remedial measures to weave out the difficulty.

 

Without compassion, love will not be fulfilled. It is one of the components of true love. Compassion gives you the power of patience, and calmness, and makes you soft. It thickens your bondage with your family and friends.

 

10. Be a reader.

 

Reading is good practice. You can daily give one hour for reading. It gives you knowledge, a book will be your true friend, and show you a new direction.

 

If you can’t sleep early at night, then the book can help you. Books are like sleeping pills. Replace it with a mobile phone.

 

With the help of books, you can solve many types of queries. You will find new professional opportunities. And will solve many problems in your life.
