Today I lost one more battle of my life. I am in shock. I think about how I will react to my loss. An inner batter between my heart and mind has started.

 

 

I wonder, why should I be sad? It is neither the first one nor the last one. But my heart tells. that you lose a battle. Your heart is broken. So, You should at least mourn a little. So a thought came to my mind. 

 

That’s why everyone likes to win. No one wants to lose.  But the truth of this life is that both are with us. And perhaps defeat happens most of the time. And maybe that’s why we want to run away from it most. If defeat can be avoided by running away.  So every person would have avoided failure.

 

So, The fear of defeat is within us. Hidden the beauty of failure. After losing, we are so scared of defeat. We don’t even realize this. What have we gained from the defeat? We consider losing only as a means of losing. And victory to get.

 

But have you ever noticed?  The victory is like a fullistop.  Once you win.  So after that, there is nothing left for you to achieve.  But everything happens to loss.

 

Same, After losing, of course, we lose one thing.  But we have the whole world to achieve.  Then it is a good deal.  Lose One and Get All.

 

Doesn’t victory create an ego within us?  Which eats us from the inside and makes us hollow. First of all the ego eats up our conscience. And then creates fear in us.  Which turns us into the devil. Who is ready to do anything unethical to maintain his victory.

 

Defeat at least softens us.  Gives an opportunity to understand and know the truth of life. It also brings that beautiful moment. That we cry by keeping our heads on the shoulders of our loved ones. When we drowned in the pain of defeat. There is a hand that wipes our tears. Failure in life is not an end. 

 

On the other hand, winning snatches away the loved ones too.  It is like old wine, and makes our minds toxic.

 

Neither are our loved ones present. nor are they with us. Just we find ourselves surrounded by others.  So now you decide.  Is the hug of defeat better, or the frenzy of victory?  Is the awareness of defeat better or the intoxication of victory?  The hope of winning after losing is good, or the fear of losing after winning.  What a poet has said well.

 

 The fear of losing does not allow us to celebrate the joy of victory, so defeat is good, at least there is no fear of losing.
